Molten Peanut Butter Cake
Individual cakes with a gooey peanut butter center that flows when cut.

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 6 tbsp flour
- For centers: 4 tbsp peanut butter, frozen

Freeze 1 tbsp peanut butter balls.

Melt butter with 1 cup peanut butter.

Whisk in sugar, eggs, and yolks.

Fold in flour.

Divide half the batter among greased ramekins.

Add frozen peanut butter ball to each.

Top with remaining batter.
