Garlic Butter Naan
Soft pillowy Indian flatbread brushed with garlic butter. Restaurant quality at home.

- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp yeast
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp oil
- For topping: 4 tbsp butter, 3 cloves garlic minced, fresh cilantro

Mix dry ingredients; add milk, yogurt, oil.

Knead 5 minutes.

Divide into 8; roll into ovals.
