- 1 sheet puff pastry
- For pastry cream: 2 cups milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 egg yolks, 1/4 cup cornstarch, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 oz chocolate, melted

Bake puff pastry between two baking sheets at 400°F for 20 minutes.

Cut into 3 equal rectangles.

Make pastry cream; chill completely.

Layer pastry and cream twice, ending with pastry.

Make glaze with powdered sugar and milk.

Spread glaze on top; marble with chocolate.
