Olive & Herb Bread

Mediterranean bread studded with olives, rosemary, and sun-dried tomatoes.

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup mixed olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary

    Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt.

    Add water and oil; knead.

    Fold in olives, tomatoes, rosemary.

    Let rise 1 hour.

    Shape; let rise 30 minutes.

    Bake at 375F for 30 minutes.

  • Pat olives dry before adding
  • Serve with olive oil for dipping
