Elegant French layered cake with almond sponge, coffee buttercream, and chocolate glaze.

- For sponge: 1 cup almond flour, 3 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 egg whites, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp butter
- For syrup: 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water, 2 tbsp coffee
- For buttercream: 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup butter, 2 tbsp espresso
- For glaze: 6 oz dark chocolate, 1/4 cup cream

Make thin almond sponge layers.

Soak with coffee syrup.

Layer sponge, buttercream, sponge, ganache, sponge, buttercream.

Pour chocolate glaze over top.

Refrigerate 4 hours.
