- Double pie crust
- 6 cups sliced peaches
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter

Toss peaches with sugar, cornstarch, spices, and lemon juice.
