Peanut Butter Cookies
Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies with that classic crosshatch pattern. A nutty delight!

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, baking soda, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
