Southern Pecan Pie

Gooey, caramelized pecan filling in a buttery crust. Rich and indulgent!

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Place crust in pie plate.

    Whisk corn syrup, sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla, and salt.

    Arrange pecans in crust.
