Pecan Pie Bars
All the flavors of pecan pie in an easy-to-make bar form with a shortbread crust.

- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups corn syrup
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups pecans

Mix flour, powdered sugar, and butter until crumbly; press into 9x13 pan.

Whisk eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla.
