Pistachio Rose Cake
Green pistachio cake layers with rose cream cheese frosting and crushed pistachios.

- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup pistachio flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp almond extract
- For frosting: 16 oz cream cheese, 1 cup butter, 6 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp rose water
- Crushed pistachios

Mix flours, baking powder, salt.

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, extract.

Alternate dry and milk.

Bake in three pans at 350F for 25-30 minutes.

Make rose cream cheese frosting.
