Pistachio Cupcakes
Nutty green pistachio cupcakes with pistachio cream cheese frosting.

- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup pistachio flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- For frosting: 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter, 3 cups powdered sugar, 1/4 cup pistachio paste
- Chopped pistachios

Mix flours, baking powder, salt.

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and extract.

Alternate dry and milk.

Bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes.

Make pistachio cream cheese frosting.
