Homemade Pita Bread
Puffy pita pockets that actually puff up. Warm from the oven is best.

- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Mix all ingredients; knead 8 minutes.

Divide into 8 balls.

Roll into 6-inch rounds.
