Free-form tart with sliced plums on almond cream. Rustic French beauty.

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 6 plums, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Egg wash
  • Sliced almonds
