Soft Pretzel Bread
Chewy pretzel crust on soft sandwich bread. Amazing for sandwiches!

- 4 cups flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 tsp yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- Coarse salt

Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Add water and butter; knead 8 minutes.

Rise 1 hour.

Shape into loaf.

Boil 10 cups water with baking soda.

Dip loaf 30 seconds; place in pan.

Sprinkle with coarse salt.
