Chocolate Profiteroles
Light choux puffs filled with ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce.

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- Vanilla ice cream
- For sauce: 8 oz chocolate, 1 cup cream, 2 tbsp butter

Bring water and butter to boil.

Add flour all at once; stir until ball forms.

Cool slightly; beat in eggs one at a time.

Pipe mounds onto baking sheet.

Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then 350°F for 10 minutes.

Cool; slice in half.

Fill with ice cream.

Make sauce: heat cream, pour over chocolate, add butter.

Drizzle sauce over profiteroles.
