Berry Cream Cheese Pinwheels

• 1 sheet puff pastry
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 cup berry jam
• 1 egg for wash
• Powdered sugar

   Cut pastry into 16 squares.

   Cut from corners toward center.

   Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla.

   Place dollop of cream cheese and jam in center.

   Fold alternating corners to center.

   Brush with egg wash.

   Bake at 400F for 15-18 minutes.

   Dust with powdered sugar.
