Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup pumpkin puree
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla

   Mix flour, baking soda, spice, and salt.

   Whisk pumpkin, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.

   Combine wet and dry ingredients.

   Fill liners 2/3 full.

   Bake at 350°F for 20-22 minutes.

   Frost with cream cheese frosting.
