Red Velvet Cake
Stunning red cake with a hint of cocoa and classic cream cheese frosting.

- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tbsp red food coloring
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp vinegar
- For frosting: 16 oz cream cheese, 1 cup butter, 6 cups powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 9-inch pans.

Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.

Beat oil, sugar, and eggs.

Add buttermilk, food coloring, vanilla, and vinegar.

Divide between pans; bake 28-30 minutes.
