Creamy Rice Pudding
Old-fashioned stovetop rice pudding with cinnamon and raisins.

- 1 cup short grain rice
- 2 cups water
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Cinnamon
