Creamy Rice Pudding

Old-fashioned stovetop rice pudding with cinnamon and raisins.

  • 1 cup short grain rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • Cinnamon
