Rosemary Garlic Bread

Fragrant herb bread with roasted garlic throughout.

  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 head roasted garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary

    Roast garlic; mash into paste.

    Mix flour, salt, yeast.

    Add water, oil, and garlic.

    Knead 8 minutes.

    Fold in rosemary.

    Shape; rise 45 minutes.

    Bake at 400°F for 35-40 minutes.
