Cream Cheese Rugelach

Flaky cream cheese pastry rolled with chocolate, nuts, and jam.

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • For filling: 1/2 cup raspberry jam, 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, 1/2 cup walnuts chopped, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Egg wash

    Mix cream cheese, butter, flour, salt into dough.

    Divide into 4; chill 2 hours.

    Roll each into a circle.

    Spread jam; sprinkle chocolate, nuts, cinnamon sugar.

    Cut into 8 wedges; roll from wide to narrow.

    Brush with egg wash.

    Bake at 375F for 18-20 minutes.
