Graham crust, chocolate ganache, and toasted marshmallow meringue. Campfire elevated.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • For meringue: 3 egg whites, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp cream of tartar

    Press graham mixture into tart pan.

    Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

    Heat cream; pour over chocolate; stir until smooth.

    Pour into crust; chill.

    Make meringue; pile on top.

    Toast with torch or broiler.
