Sweet honey custard with flaky salt on top. Simple, Southern, and stunning.

  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornmeal
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Flaky sea salt
