Salted Rye Chocolate Cookies
Deeply flavored rye flour cookies with dark chocolate and crunchy salt.

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup rye flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 6 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- Maldon salt

Cream butter and sugar.

Whisk flours, cocoa, baking soda; add to wet.

Fold in chocolate.

Scoop and flatten slightly.
