Simple Lemon Bars
Tangy, sweet, and utterly delicious lemon bars with a buttery shortbread crust.

- For crust: 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 2 cups flour
- For filling: 4 large eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 2 lemons
- Powdered sugar for dusting

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper.

For crust: Mix butter, powdered sugar, and flour until crumbly. Press into pan.
