S'mores Cupcakes

Graham cracker cupcakes with chocolate ganache and toasted marshmallow topping.

  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • For ganache: 1 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup cream
  • Marshmallow fluff
