- 6 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 16 oz mascarpone cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups strong espresso, cooled
- 3 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder
