Tiramisu Cupcakes
Coffee-soaked vanilla cupcakes with mascarpone frosting and cocoa dust.

- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup strong espresso
- 2 tbsp Kahlua
- For frosting: 8 oz mascarpone, 1/2 cup butter, 3 cups powdered sugar
- Cocoa powder

Make vanilla cupcakes; bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes.

Mix espresso and Kahlua.

Poke holes; drizzle coffee mixture over.

Beat mascarpone, butter, and sugar.
