Tres Leches Cake
Sponge cake soaked in three milks and topped with whipped cream. Incredibly moist!

- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- For soak: 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can condensed milk, 1 cup heavy cream
- For topping: 2 cups heavy cream, 3 tbsp sugar

Beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale.

Fold in flour, baking powder, milk, and vanilla.

Pour into 9x13 pan and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

Mix the three milks together.

Poke holes in warm cake with fork.

Pour milk mixture over cake; refrigerate 4 hours.

Whip cream with sugar and spread on top.

- •The cake should be very moist - don't skip soaking time
- •Cinnamon on top is traditional
