Sponge cupcakes soaked in three milks with whipped cream topping.

- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- For soak: 1/2 cup condensed milk, 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Whipped cream
- Cinnamon

Beat eggs and sugar until thick.

Fold in flour, baking powder, milk, vanilla.

Bake at 350F for 16-18 minutes.

Mix three milks together.
