Tres Leches Cupcakes

Sponge cupcakes soaked in three milks with whipped cream topping.

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • For soak: 1/2 cup condensed milk, 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Whipped cream
  • Cinnamon

    Beat eggs and sugar until thick.

    Fold in flour, baking powder, milk, vanilla.

    Bake at 350F for 16-18 minutes.

    Mix three milks together.

    Poke holes in cupcakes; pour milk over.

    Refrigerate 4 hours.

    Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
